About me...

I am a finance professional with over a decade of corporate experience and a strong foundation in budgeting, reporting, analysis, compliance, and trust accounting, currently completing a Bachelor of Business at Griffith University. My work experience across group accounting, not‑for‑profit organisations, external audit, and government reporting has strengthened my ability to deliver accurate, transparent financial insights that support informed decision‑making and organisational accountability.

In my current role as Accounts Manager in the construction industry, I have spent the past seven years helping build the company, primarily the finance function from the ground up. This has expanded my capability across payroll, funds management, contracts administration, and compliance. I also have experience developing and testing accounting systems, have contributed to data migration projects, and have experience operating a wide range of accounting platforms including MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, and other bespoke asset management systems. These experiences have shaped my interest in designing financial processes that are efficient, reliable, and aligned with long‑term organisational goals.

I value resilience, initiative, and strong interpersonal communication, and I aim to bring these qualities into environments that prioritise integrity, collaboration, and purposeful impact. My background and experience as a Pilates Instructor has strengthened my leadership style by enhancing my focus, clarity, empathy, and confidence in communication. This blend of technical expertise and people‑centred skills supports my goal of contributing to teams and organisations in a way that improves performance, strengthens culture, and enables sustainable growth.
